1. All State and Federal Laws apply.
2. If the background check cannot be passed the winner will be offered a store credit at Fin Feather Fur Outfitters for DU's purchase price of the gun.
3. Must be 21 years of age to purchase a ticket.
4. All minors must be accompanied by an adult. Anyone under 21 years of age must have a ticket, purchased by an adult in that adult's name, to use for entry, food and soft drinks.
5. Due availability a gun of equal value may be substituted.
6. Winners may substitute the gun for a store credit at Fin Feather Fur Outfitters for DU's purchase price of the gun.
7. You must be 21 years of age to consume beer.
8. You need not be present.
9. All firearms will be issued through Fin Feather Fur Outfitters
10. If winner is not present they will be notified by mail.
11. Winners are responsible for all background check and transfer fees.
12. All guns not claimed by June 5, 2025 become property of DU.
